Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

This is the first time I have used your service. I am very pleased with the service provided. There were many beautiful arrangements to choose from. The prices were right for my budget. The flowers were delivered the same day. The recipient was very happy with the flowers. Once again, Heaven Scent Flowers did a great job. They are prompt and you can count on them to deliver the order as promised. It's always better to call a local florist than to gamble on an online website that may or may not come through for you.
