If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day and upgraded the bouquet to "Premium" because she is very picky. What was delivered was beautiful, but not quite what I was expecting.
